Where to Start
STEP 1: Because our clinic is unique and what we do is not familiar to most people, we have put together The Welcome Center to help answer your questions. Here you will discover what a bio-energetic scan is, what kind of devices we use, and much more. Take the time to work through each module as it will give you the tools to navigate your journey. Each image on this page is a link! To access the modules you need to register as a user on the site first.

STEP 2: Once you are through The Welcome Center, give us a call to let us know you are interested in getting started. We will set up your account with the Jane App, our client management system, which will send you a welcome email to activate your account (shown). The Jane App is where we do all our billing, scheduling and post scan reports, etc.
Clients wanting to visit the clinic for in person sessions will book their appointments at this time. Clients who need to do work remotely must send in the QC Form which can be downloaded here. Once we receive the QC Form, we will call to set up the appointments and send an invoice. Every person/animal needs their own QC Form.

Step 3: While you are waiting for your appointment, fill out the intake forms that will be sent through the Jane App and take the time to work through the various learning resources in the Healthy Foundations Collection or get a jump start on the Scan DocuCenter that you will use once your scan is finished if you have signed up for one. Use the link provided here to access the entire teaching portal.
