Where to Start
STEP 1: Because our clinic is unique and what we do is not familiar to most people, we have put together The Welcome Center to help answer your questions. Here you will discover what a bio-energetic scan is, what kind of devices we use, and much more. Take the time to work through each module as it will give you the tools to navigate your journey. STEP 2: Once you are through The Welcome Center, give us a call to let us know you are interested in getting started. We will set up your account with the Jane App, our client management system, which will send you a welcome email to activate your account (shown). The Jane App is where we do all our billing, scheduling and post scan reports, etc.
Clients wanting to visit the clinic for in person sessions will book their appointments at this time. Clients who need to do work remotely using their DNA will be sent a DNA kit and be given instructions on how to collect and send that back. Once we receive the DNA, we will send an invoice and book the therapies.

Step 3: While you are waiting for your appointment, fill out the intake forms that will be sent through the Jane App and take the time to work through the various learning resources in the Healthy Foundations Collection or get a jump start on the Scan DocuCenter that you will use once your scan is finished if you have signed up for one. Use the link provided here to access the entire teaching portal.
Don't forget - you can take advantage of any of our services whether you have a scan or not. Sometimes people will begin therapies before a scan is done or get started with a Qi5 scan which is less expensive and easier to get an appointment for than the Qest4.
